I get the following message:
"The remote connection was denied because the user name and password combination you provided is not recognised, or the selected authentication protocol is not permitted on the remote access server"
My account is active and the conncection was fine yesterday!

However, the error message that you're receiving indicates an issue with either the VPN username or password saved on your PPTP/L2TP connection. Could you kindly check if you're using your VPN username with the same password used to log in on our website?
Note: Your registered email address is only used to access our website. It isn't required to connect to the VPN.
