Can I get a refund?

If you are not happy with our service or if it does not work as intended, we will provide a refund.

However, please note that a full refund only is provided for up to 90 days after the date of the payment, refunds requested after 90 days will be made at our discretion.

To request a refund, please contact our help desk – and we will process your request accordingly.
