This page will guide you through clearing the cache on your iPhone. You might want to do this if you’re experiencing intermittent issues with your iPhone’s Safari browser.

To clear the cache on your iPhone, follow the steps below.

(These instructions are made using an iPhone running on iOS 10.3.2, but the basic principals should apply to all recent versions of iPhones.)


Step 1: Get Started

 

From the main screen, click on Settings.

 

Your iPhone Settings menu should now be displayed.


Step 2: Clearing Cache

 

Scroll down and select the option labelled Safari.

 

Tap on Clear History & Website Data.

 

 

A pop up message will appear to confirm your choice. 
Tap on Clear History & Data to proceed.


Step 3: Cache Cleared

 

Congratulations! You’ve now successfully cleared all your browser’s history & cache data from your iPhone!
